During a hack day, a few folks wrote and illustrated a book explaining the way we work in detail. It's doesn’t give details about 401k's or instructions for email setup. Rather it shares how we make decisions as a team and as a company.

Impact

Everything, everywhere has impact.

At SPCSHP, we want to make sure we have the most positive impact on our crew and community alike. While it includes it, impact goes beyond DEIB, where we analyze all we do against who we wish to be, for all.

Here at SPCSHP, we believe in providing space for people to be people. We are building structures and fundamental practices that include all people, equity, and belonging from the beginning. DEIB can't be stripped out of our practices because it is ingrained in the fabric of our DNA. The vehicles of delivery may change, like ERGs or conferences, but the belief never will.
